This post is going to be hard for me to write- so bear with me as I get to grips with the images etc.
OK- on Sheet A, I would like you to copy some of my (rather messy) patterns onto it, anywhere between 1 and 4 lines of each pattern will be adequate. Again drag this to the address bar enlarge! Here is the image:



I would suggest that you try to do this at LEAST once a day. Have fun!
